At 500 test per week, I would wait till week 4 or 5 (you need some estrogen rise to increase natural growth hormone levels) and then 12.5 per 8 days should be fine or split it and do 6.25 every 4 days. If your runnning test c or test e... you should split that 500 dose into 2 doses. 250 every 4 days and take the aromasin the days you pin.
