Depends on who you ask and how their body responds to test. Me..
I take 12.5mg asin every 4 days on that dose and I am good. Doesn’t drop my e2 to within normal range but just low enough to prevent any sides. Still get strength etc gains.
Some will say they take none!
Others will say 12.5mg 1x a wk.
All depends on your body and how well you know it.

The halflife of aromisin isn't 7 days is it?

aromasin is great for long term use, less hepatoxic and doesnt have as big negative impact on lipids as arimidex does. arimidex is very good for lower test dosage and bit shorter term usage.
i do prefer arimidex pre contest to control estrogen. not a big fan of letro as its a bazooka, very hard to sweetspot it
