I practice what I preach so I am with you on the hard work and diet. Beyond that: Halo was my first oral! Lol. Strong AF! I like it but; it is strong. Short stints!

. Suspension/tren 100/100 base definitely could break PR’s. Cheque: If I did; I would try it by itself. Cheque is well known and used in powerlifting circles. It is like a one time thing deal; only used on occasion. Otherwise you are on a liver transplant list.
