Tbh mine was stupid big an wanna try add a lot of mass but I was doing an think I could do with a good change again
X4 Warm up with flys 10-12 light
3x flat bench 10-12
3x incline 8-10
3xincline flys 10-12
3x decline 10-12
3x Cable flys (at the top) 8-12
Maybe pec fly Machine to finish me off
Then a few triceps to fully finish off
