Alright guys would love to no how the brothers do a chest day would love to mix up my work out on chest a bit

4x10-12 incline
4x10-12 decline
4x10-12 dumbbell incline
6-8x10-12 butterfly machine.
I switch it up every few months. That's what I'm doing right now. How about yourself?

Chest workout
Tbh mine was stupid big an wanna try add a lot of mass but I was doing an think I could do with a good change again
X4 Warm up with flys 10-12 light
3x flat bench 10-12
3x incline 8-10
3xincline flys 10-12
3x decline 10-12
3x Cable flys (at the top) 8-12
Maybe pec fly Machine to finish me off
Then a few triceps to fully finish off
