Week 4 was when I started seeing the biggest difference. First time ever using this combo. Never used GH at this point

body comp. I got through working out and took off my shirt in the locker room to shower, looked in the mirror and I was like holy shit, veins popping everywhere and abs had more separation. Muscles were just popping.

Perfect I can't wait. I shouldn't even really of started back on with how high my body fat is but I needed the motivation to stick with eating cleaner and excersizeing. And I haven't missed a day yet. The onky really rewarding thing about being fat. When you make the plunge you see daily changes in your body. If u got a week without seeing someone they notice drastic changes. It's alot more rewarding and gives you that much more drive to work harder and eat better.
