You may have hurt your shoulder. Shoulder injury very common in our sport.
I run 200mg deca year round. All my joints are eat to shit.

I would give deca a run at 200mg a week and see. Keep in mind it could be something else.
I'm running tren ace as well. the worst thing that happens to me is I get muscle cramps. Charlie horse cramps in the neck, legs and shoulders.
50-100mg npp 3x a week should do the trick short term however I like TB500 or USA peptides
