The interest in getting Alpha Omega hormones tested was brought on because a member stated Alpha Omega was a scammer .

I’m having an issue with Alpha Omega. I’m coming to you, because I am not a guy who likes to air dirty laundry publicly. Even if I have an issue, I prefer to resolve it in private and not affect someone else’s rep on the board. For the record, I had an issue with another vendor on BOP where test c I was sent showed no hormone on a roidtest. You probably never heard about it because I dealt with it directly with the sponsor, he resolved it as best he was willing to, and I chose to just let it go at that.
With AO, I have been a good customer. I have posted up very positive roidtest results for Mast E (1 vial that I won in one of their rep’s contests) and also for the test e 300 I bought from them. I then posted my labs a few weeks into that cycle showing my t levels at 3900+ and again gave them glowing reviews. I also, at their request, allowed AO to post those labs on other forums. I think you “liked” my labs.
Based on those results, and the fact that they made a big deal about their Var being real, I placed an order for NPP, Mast E, and Var 20mg (3 packs of 60 tabs). I was psyched to finish the last 12 weeks of my cycle the way I had originally planned.
I tested all of the gear when it got here, and my entire order was messed up. The Mast E showed no hormone at all, complete blank (and I tested both vials), the NPP wasn’t NPP, it was Deca, and the Var tested out to be Dbol. There could be some Winny in it too, but you cant tell that from the test. I tested two out of the three packs and both tests were positive for Dbol, blatantly.
I sent them an email, with pictures showing the all of the tests. I included my watch in all of the second round tests pics to reflect the times and the date. In the email, I made it clear that I didn’t think they would purposefully send me bad gear, and asked what they wanted to do to fix the issue. The responses I have gotten, mostly via their rep have come down to them, indicating that they don’t believe me, and telling me to make a video of me, testing their Var again, to verify that I really am testing it. ( I already sent pics of the two tests).
I’ve been a good customer and have posted GLOWING reviews for them, they sent me BS gear and they are ASKING ME to provide even more proof?? That pissed me off more than a little. That’s not how you treat a good customer.
Anyway, I said that I would do that for them, provided that they at least send me the NPP and Mast E that I paid for so that my cycle wouldn’t get messed up due to the delay. I would have to order more test kits, wait for them to arrive, make the video, send it to them, etc etc. I already spent $125 on test kits to verify that they sent me bad gear, which I shouldn’t have to do. The mast E, that I had won earlier, tested out perfectly and you can see those results on the forum, so to get 2 vial of blank gear, feels a bit like a bait and switch. Either way, I said fine, as long as they replaced those oils (2 Mast E, 4 NPP) with correct and accurately dosed product right away. I think that’s more than fair. The response I got was basically none, other than their rep said they weren’t willing unless I sent them the video first.
Here’s where things get even more fucked up. I had bought 5 vials of test e300, the first of which I posted up those great labs on. I just started the second a week and a half ago, and noticed that I was dragging in the gym yesterday, so I decided to test the second vial. It failed, showed no hormone at all. I tested it twice and it failed both times. This is beyond fucked up. All I want is a source that is reliable and send me exactly what I pay for. I don’t need freebies, I’m not looking to gain anything, again, I just want what I pay for, period. I don’t think that’s even remotely too much to ask.
I’m emailing you because I really don’t know what else to do. At this point I’m not really sure I even want anything from them, because I don’t think I can trust them. I’ve attached screenshots of the email I sent to AO, which also have all of the pictures of the tests and descriptions. I numbered them 1-9 on the screenshots so you can read and identify everything in sequence.
I gotta be honest, I’m feeling a bit discouraged with BOP since out of the two sponsors I’ve tried (and spent/lost close to $1500 between them) I have had bad experiences with both.
All of that said, I’m not looking to make all of this public on the board; that isn’t who I am. As I said, at this point I’m not sure I want anything from AO because the trust is gone. If this is how a good customer gets treated, no thanks. I’d happily send their gear back for a refund, but I know that doesn’t work.
I’m turning to you I guess because I want you to be aware. I am very unhappy that a lab that I went out of my way to support is basically screwing me over and I don’t know what to do.
