This is true. Try and not use it more than 3 to 5 days in a row without a 2 day washout. It binds VERY tightly to the Gaba-β receptors in the brain and body. And yes I would probably agree with you on the over consumption of coffee causing heartburn issues. anxiety and sleep question It's done it to me before and continues to if I have too much coffee

Stay away from phenibut!!!!! If you do decide to use that garbage you better research the hell out of it. Look up the withdrawals it can give you. If you start taking it every night for sleep you will most likely get nasty withdrawals from it.

I do not think it was the phenyl-gaba that was causing the heartburn issue for you but I also have not heard of anyone receiving acidity issues from phenibut use before.

Not everyone has withdrawals from phenibut my friend but some do. I'm guessing you have?

I've done my research and everything says that with over or extended use are the chance of withdrawal as well as abruptly stopping after long term high dose use...so are you saying that as advise because you didn't research it first?
