Stitches in my hand. Got them out finally but can't lift cause its still healing.
im so depressed cause of my hand and not bring able to lift. :(

My workouts were suffering because of a bad back but I got that fixed nearly 100 percent and I'm training on nearly all the equipment I normally do.

Well im going today @ 4 to do chest and another body part with my trainer.
Got super glue gel on my hand for extra protection! :) lol. Yeah im fucking crazy.
I can't wait . Oh and I have always done legs but yeah u guys are right time to hit end twice a week for a little
