Im about to start humalog at just 3iu's pre work out and work my way up
to 7iu's. Pine apple juice on hand or OJ. diet plan is made by my trainer and is pretty clean bulk
.. im excited! !!!!!
Also would it be better to run my bulker cycle with it?

I would run as a bulkier, it does cause alot of water retention from my experience. And 3iu's seems like a lot for first time, even for guys that have been running it. I would start off at 1iu's and see were that gets ya. SHit is a lil scary if you ever go hypotensive. And i use this as my sugars and carbs 40 minutes bfore a workout if injecting, or after a workout if injecting, take 1 can pie filling of your choice, 1 and 1/2 cup oats, cook them with water and then add the pie filling. Eat up and then shoot up 30-40 mins later. You need 50gs of carbs for every 1iu of insulin used!!!!

The body produce that amount of insulin,if you go too low you will feel nothing. For fast carbs drink vitargo,waxy maize etc but dont drink processed sugary foods/drinks to avoiding fat gain.

Yeah its dangerous. I did some research and asked around and was told welches grape juice works good cuz its a fast acting glucose sugar with low to moderate fructose in it. So I mix a half & half of pedialyte n welches grape juice. Pedialyte has dextrose in it.

A lot of people say its bad and even dangerous to pin pre workout. from what im reading people prefer to do it in the am and post workouit or just post workout. the more i read on it the more i feel confused but the more interested i get lol. i want to enter the dark side of the dark side!

Lol. Ive been doing it only pre work out and love it. One warm up set of 15 and muscles are freaking pumped to the Max!

On arm day my arms will be so pumped I lose range of motion.

what dose are you running pre-workout and you pinning immediately before you hit the gm?

The pen has 3ml in it and I workout 4 to 5 days a week,So till it runs out. Then im going to take a month
off from slin then add it aging about 1/3 into my aas cycle.

I ran Humalog for a few years on an off...I have alot of first-hand knowledge of this and it can get scary if you are not careful! I did 1iu per 20lbs of bodyweight...so at 230 i was doing about 10-11 iu postworkout...I would consume at least 10grams of simple carbs within like 3 min of dosing per iu...so I would slam about 100g of grape juice, pineapple juice, you name it! I would then eat a nice meal after that...be prepared to gain some weight! It will definitely bulk, i had a hard time staying lean but if you eat very clean I don't see why you couldn't!
