I started slin for the first time on thursday,Humalog post workout.

Thursday: 14iu post workout im.
What I used:
Intra workout:30g waxy maize,1 scoop Amino X,15g glutamin.
Post workout: I made the shake:150g waxy maize,1 scoop Amino X,25g glutamin, and 1serving Mutant Mass: 16g fat,176g carbs,52g protein.
Before I injected the Humalog I eaten a banana. Injected im to delts.After the injection I drink half the mutant mass and half the waxy maize shake,after 45 min I drink the other half.

Friday: 16iu post workout subq.
What I used:
Intra workout:30g waxy maize,1 scoop Amino X,15g glutamin.
Post workout: I made the shake:120g waxy maize,1 scoop Amino X,25g glutamin, and 1serving Mutant Mass: 16g fat,176g carbs,52g protein.
Before I injected the Humalog I eaten a banana. Injected subq to abdomen.After the injection I drink half the mutant mass and half the waxy maize shake,after 45 min I drink the other half.

Saturday: 18iu post workout im.
What I used:
Intra workout:30g waxy maize,1 scoop Amino X,15g glutamin.
Post workout: I made the shake:90g waxy maize,1 scoop Amino X,25g glutamin, and 1serving Mutant Mass: 16g fat,176g carbs,52g protein.
Before I injected the Humalog I eaten a banana. Injected im to delts.After the injection I drink half the mutant mass and half the waxy maize shake,after 45 min I drink the other half.

IFBB Pro told me to use,but 18iu.. So I started 14iu on thursday,16iu friday,18iu satrurday..

What you think of my carbs intake? Yea a bit high,but I'm a bit nervous on to 10g carbs/1iu.

What these guys said+ is your protocol tried and tested already?

1. people become in slin in-sensitive from using, meaning it can take more over time. why are you starting so high? It doesn't take that much, did you research before using?
2. Never start above 5-6 IU's, move up gradually
3. What are your stats?
4. Cycle history?
5. How long have you been training?

6. What is smh?

So....are you anywhere close to an IFBB pro status? 14 iu is A LOT......More than I would do, and I get around 235 at 13-14%. You are doing waaaaay to much. I mean I know an IFBB pro that coast on 2g test in offeseason ,that don't mean I do. lol What are your stats> Weight? Height? BF? A high bf with slin can equal higher bf. Years training? 14 iu is ridiculous starting out. I start at 4iu, pre or post depending on what slin Im using, also, the carb intake is different for different insulin

I use 5-6gr carb per iu .....10g of wrong carb = fat, then I have slow release carb as well with humalin-r

Wow, that is a lot of slin to start at brother. Be very very careful man. When i ran slin for a month i was only using 1iu to start, and worked my way up to 4iu and that was plenty!!! And i would cycle it a take breaks, i never ran it no stop. Issues could arise from that.

thats a lto of fucking slin. A LOT! u should starrt with less then half of that and slowly work your way up. if your friends with an ifbb guy and hes willing to tell you to use slin then go back to him and get all the right info idk any pro who rould tell you to run 18ius a dat and to start at 14ius. =o start at like fucking 4ius a day and work up hell start with 2. i dont know nearly as much as some of the otheres in this thread about slin but what i do know is your playing with fire and your clothes are dipped in diesel fuel...

I'm not going to say how much slin my entourage and I run with are GH but I can def say 2 things.

1) your WAY to new to be running more than6IU's. Start slow and with in a 9-12 months you could be running 10+ IU's depending on what your running with it.

2) as most people do.....way to much shit your drinking. I don't know a damn pro or national competitor that runs all that SHIT.
We use food, friut, friut juice and egg whites. For EVERY INJECTION of slin.


Just listen to us bro - let time be on your side and learn how you react to slin and the out come of a few cycles (done right) then up the ane.

pre work out meal/shake is 600cal. 55g protein. 79gcarbs
And a 50g karbolin
post work out ghrp2&cjc shot then 20min later same shake as my
Pre work out + karbolin. I don't feel the need to go over 10 iu's.
Im up around 10 to 12 lbs in three weeks

Now on tuesday non training day.

Wednesdayday: 18iu post workout im.
What I used:
Preworkout:100mg Test Base
Intra workout:30g waxy maize,1 scoop Amino X,15g glutamin.
Post workout: I made the shake:60g waxy maize,1 scoop Amino X,25g glutamin, and 1serving Mutant Mass: 16g fat,176g carbs,52g protein.
Before I injected the Humalog I eaten a banana. Injected im to delts.After the injection I drink half the mutant mass and half the waxy maize shake,after 45 min I drink the other half.

Now for few day I will reduce my carb intake and empying I dont want to gain fat. On carb loading I start again next week.

im a giant puss. i do 500 mg of ala with some carbs and more after with carbs. i think it helps with a good pump :)

Very interested in following this. My wife is diabetic so I know first hand what happens if you bottom your sugar remember the first thing to is your reasoning. There's times she yell fight everything and not remember thing she's asked me who I am before. I guess I'm trying to say be careful and if you can let someone close to know what your doing in case God forbid something did happen they know what to do. My wife also has a shot here in case she gets to bad I just inject her I don't know where or how you would get one. If you want the name pm me and I will ask her. Good luck

When I did slin at 10iu (this was tapered up) 4x week , I added about 8-10 pounds. This was alongside other anabolics however. Going hypo is no joke, and god forbid you are driving or something when it happens.
