View Full Version : Cycle stack ??

I thought I had it all figured out but after doing some browsing am in need of some feedback...

Stats:
50 y/o, 145lbs, BF about 12-14%, 6 or 7 serious cycles completed w/ Tren, Mast, Prop, Cyp, Deca, EQ, Winny, Dbol, Adrol, DNP.

I have been out of play for about a year... want to do a lean bulker to get my size and strength back.. man have I shriveld up, lol...

I am also broke as shit... have my house on the market and am going to have to pony up a good $10-20K to sell... my neighborhood has gone to shit and ruined my value... so trying to be cost effective with gear choices...


Was thinking

W 1-16 Test C 500-750 or P 100 EOD
W 1-10 NPP 100 EOD
W 8-14 Mast P 100 EOD or Tren A
W 1-4 Dbol

However, Tren and Mast are expensive .. was wondering if it would be better to to do this

W 1-16 Test P 100-150 mg EOD
W 1-14 NPP 100 mg EOD (have run Deca but not NPP)
W 1-4 Dbol


I can pick up the mass with added cals but my strength and appetite need a boost more than anything..

Wondering since it has been over two years since my last cycle I could get away with a simple two compound cycle (plus oral)...
... and what would be the best two compounds based on effectiveness and price...

I am not thrilled with EOD pins but I think I will get more bang from short esters...

What do you guys think would be the best addition to my test base?? Do you think P better choice than C/E?

7 days.. not going to start until get back into shape... trying to figure out what I want and then where to order.. figure this will take several months...

Gotcha. My advice would be to gain as much weight as possible naturally before jumping on cycle. What were your stats before you stopped working out?

being that you are older why not just cruise on 500mg of test e for a while that way the injections are only twice a week and you can build slowly

AB.. that does sound like a good plan.. give my connective tissue time to adjust.. easy on my wallet too, lol

Bronco.. I was 158lbs... about 15% bf... so I've lost about 13 lbs... went down a jacket size too.. feeling very puny...

when i started back up i just did a year long cruise with a few big blasts here and there then when i got to were i was comfortable i just added a compound here and there. easy on the wallet and you know your always going stay anabolic

Gonna throw my 2cents in here. I'm 45 and your 50 right? We don't have all the time in the world, were not kids waiting to put "the icing on the cake" and hold off on the gear so we can train natty for a few years. We also don't want to get hurt either so we have to be smart. I think a moderate test/Deca cycle is the way to go, say 300 to 500 mgs test and 250- 500 mgs Deca for a good 16 weeks. You will see some nice results and get your mojo back!

Mast won't do much for you at this point because you don't have much muscle to shape at this stage and Tren will bring up your strength to quickly making you susceptible to injury.
Do you plan to blast and cruise?

One side note, when you go back to the gym lift what you can with perfect form, concentrate on the muscle and choose more reps over weight until your tendons and ligaments catch up.

^^^ this right here!!! You are 50...self administered TRT, time to enjoy the rest of your life bro!!! I am cruising for the rest of mine...best choice I have ever made as far as my health is concerned.

thanks guys! Yes, def keeping the weight low (checked the ego) and making sure my form is spot on, even if there are natty women lifting more than me... as a powerlifter form is everything... That T/deca sounds good... Now to scrape up some moola...

since i have been cruising my body has changed slower but i look and feel way better and the gains are real tissue not water ad bloat. then when i feel like having some fun i add a few compounds for a few months then just continue my cruise its really easy best thing i ever did was starting my own trt

Ok I have to throw in here. There is no such thing as a lean bulk. Either you do a clean bulk or a dirty bulk. Dirty bulk is essentially upping your fat and carbs and will put on a lot of mass while making you a bit puffy. This style really isn't any reserve to what your eating but doesn't mean eat all fast foods.

Clean bulk your eating clean, following a good diet of lean proteins, high fiber carbs and reasonable fats. However your eating higher calories than you would at your baseline calorie intake. By doing this you grow while still dropping fat.

Many will argue that clean bulk is a lean bulk but when I think of getting lean I think of cutting. Not trying to be a smart allelic just trying to help you if you've been given bad info.

Now I mentioned baseline calorie intake, what is that? That is the amount of calories you can consume in day where you don't loose or gain. Then to bulk depending upon what type as discussed above you bump up 500-1000 calories depending upon goal or how much your wanting to gain.
