Torn adductor

Hey guys

after some info on anyone who has torn an adductor and successfully recovered?
i tore mine wrestling while taking tren and test, which I know is meant to weaken the tendons,
Anyways, I've done a ton of rehab work, cortisone and back on a course, I find deca helps a lot, but I don't like the stuff. Anyone else had similar a experience?

Not here bro, but I would take it slowly getting back into lifting. You don't want to hurt yourself worse and be out for even longer. Good luck.

Thanks mate, lifts are starting slow, such an annoying injury.
