I purchased for research / experimental purposes .
Son is disabled and thought there was a possibility it might help with pain .
10 vials @ 2mg didn't make any difference in healing or pain .
We used TB400 from a reliable source .
If I was to do over I would get more and take EOD for a frontload .
Depending on how injury happened I would look to physical therapist .
When or how does arm cause pain ?

Shoulder and knee

I have read good reviews on how it works out for shoulders and knees. I was hoping to hear something about back injury's Herniated discs, degenerated discs etc

I don't think TB discriminates lol. You ever check out BPC157?

Usually rats start with tb. If TB doesn't produce proper research subjects turn to BPC157

But if it does work it would be worth it

I have used both for post opp hip arthroscopy. TB appears to be a miracle drug during the loading phase, esp a few days after the Injection when it works the best. I found the Maintenance dosage and protocol a bit too long between injections to get the best benefits, and the pain returned. BPC on the other hand, benefits came on slow and lasted longer, but we're mild overall. I will do another BPC cycle soon and use the higher dosage others have tried.

Kubes I never gave it thought but I did the 5mg for 3 week with 3mg for 2 an then 2mg/month. My elbow feels great BUT as I read this I also realize 3 lower back herniated discs have felt way better--pretty much pain free. Can't say for sure the TB-500 is why but the time frame lines up right.

I used TB5 (with the frontload & maint dosage) I loved it, I did not have any major injuries but minor aches & pains disappeared & I did not seem to get those nagging minor injuries and pains.
But alas like everything else the $ runs low or the connect goes dry or bad.

I healed my elbow tendonitis by injecting 250mcg BPC-157 directly into the site of pain with a 29 gauge 1/2" slin pin everyday. It took one month to heal. This injury persisted for 4 months before trying BPC-157 and it wasn't improving. I put others on this BPC protocol for their elbows and they had the same level of success.

Interesting - I wonder if IA injections would work (intra-articular - into the joint)
