Kubes has me on a great diet I am getting some great results from it.

That's my current meal plan. I'm a very lean 150 lbs. 3500 calories. 60 grams fat, 328 grams carbohydrates, 356 grams protein. I believe I'm slightly over in protien and a little under in carbs so I've added a carb shake. 175 calories 40 grams carbs to my diet. Haven't added that in yet. I train between meals 4 and 5 usually. On the weekends I train after meal 2. This is the first meal plan I've ever put together and could use some help. Thanks guys.

Same here, once I can get back on track from these dang shots I'll be back at it
Weighing in at 150 lbs. body fat of 4-5%. Measure with calipers by a non professional. These measurements are from last Friday. (Day 1 of my cycle)

4-5% would be show ready? Are you sure you are that lean?

This may be a little off, but I am defiantly less than 8. All my abs show, and the veins in my core pop out as well. I'm genetically very lean. However it is also a curse.
The little fat I do have is on my legs. My measurements were taken on my bicep, tricep, stomach, and shoulder blade. These are the leanest parts of my body though.

Absolutely brother. In the next 12 weeks I'm hoping to put on 30 lbs. I think this seems reasonable. Thankyou very much for taking your time to help me. I've got a lot of respect for that.

Alright then and how long have you been in this plan? At first I thought that was to much food but now it makes more sense to me
I started last Friday. Today is day #6. I am running 500 mg test E per week. (Split into 2 injections 3 1/2 days apart) and 20mg Dianabol per day.
If you feel I'm eating to much I'll glady cut back.
Rest day. Jog 1.25 miles.

I would stick with your plan for 4 weeks and then make adjustments

We drove 600 miles to move my step daughter yesterday and I have car lag today. I only drove because of my knee and her apartment was 4 stories high but still 600 miles in 12 hours and it threw me way off and could not sleep once we got home I was strung out from drinking a lot of coffee. I may try and workout this evening but I am dragging my ass today.

Good afternoon, I'm feeling good after the treatments, I packed up to go to the gym this morning and momma put her foot down, told me the dr said Monday, so I'm grounded till I go back to work Monday! Lol. The rest has been good, I can feel a difference throughout my entire body pain wise

Looking good Brothers! I took my wife out to eat Chinese and I was going to eat 1 plate because it is a buffet. I was to tempted and had 2 plate fulls of some of the best Chinese food I have ever had. I felt like crap for a few hours and some guilt settled in.

Sounds like you made due just fine brother. The key is finding easy things to prepare that do not require cooking when your on the road. Good job

Went in with the intention of chest, laid on the bench with 135 and could feel a sharp pain mid thoracic, so I switched to back and started with exercises that put traction on the spine to stretch it and rotate it around, during dips I felt it adjust itself, so I just continued avoiding compression type movements. Got a good session in, feel good, hopefully tomorrow I can get chest in, dips were 2 sets 10, 2 sets 15

Just finished 60 mins of cardio, was gonna lift but my shoulders and traps don't feel right, I'm sure it has to do with the shots, also my dang knee swelled up after I got done, I feel like I'm fighting a loosing battle right, so discuraged

I did back today.
Breakfast -- Shakeology with 1 lactose free yoghurt
Lunch -- sardines on gluten free crackers
Haven't had time to post the last couple nights. Had all 3 of my kids by myself all night. Yesterday was rest day number 2. Abdominals.

I am really liking our gear I just dropped test p and now I am on test c and eq both at 500mgs a week. Having some strength gains and muscle mass is right on target. I have been on for 4 weeks and 2 days so waiting on the eq to fully kick in. This is the best that I have felt on a cycle before, usually I get lethargic on cycle but so far so good on this one.
How are you doing Kubes? I bet you have some games this weekend.

They had one game end in a tie because of the time limit but we only play tournaments now. Every weekend is a new opportunity to win a trophy :)

Good looking workout brother! Yesterday was seeding so today is were the real tournament starts. Looking forward to getting back in the gym tomorrow morning :)

We have time between games. At the roadhouse having tritip steak salad with steamed broccoli and avocado might have a roll too. Championship tournament game at 445

2 cups whole wheat smart pasta, with roughly 2 oz chicken, 1 turkey meatball, and 1 beef meatball & low fat homemade Alfredo sauce. Salad with low cal Italian dressing. She's always been big on dieting.

Quest bar, 1/3 cup steel cut oats, 2 tbsp flax seed, and 8 oz prune juice put me back on track.Then 1.25 lbs snow crab, 3 serving greens, and a couple handfuls boiled shrimp.Half a quest bar before bed for good measure. Got off the diet a little bit today with the holiday, but overall I think I did well.

Evening gents, this morning at work I hit the gym and did chest and back, first time I've been in awhile, still struggling with this neck and lower back issue, go in for my shots again tomorrow then I'm hating life again. I'm not complaining, don't think that, I'm just disappointed in myself for not being able to overcome this faster, I'm dropping the npp for now and in the process of going back on hrt, I have two more rounds of neck tomorrow and two weeks. This repair job in the inlaws house is playing a huge toll also and training at work with the weather being nice. I promise you all I havnt given up, in the end I will be stronger, healthier and more motivated to turn this body into a rock, good news is I've at least been able to maintain what I have and not put on fat during this
