I did a full body workout today.

Yeah Kubes is hard core I cannot keep up to him. I have strayed some from my diet and I believe it is the eq because I stay hungry no matter how much I eat.

There coming along great. I have gained 20 lbs so far. I haven't checked my body fat percentage yet, but my abs are slowly disappearing. Much of this could be water retention. I still have 8 weeks left on cycle, but am starting to look like a whole new person. Thanks for the thread brother, it helps keep me accountable for everything I eat.

I never do an all out bulk. I will take the slower leaner gains all year long to not have to put on fat just to diet it back off

I've just dropped 12kg so am feeling the wisdom in that approach at the moment. Whether it will last is another matter ;)

Time will tell whether muscle gain is superior at a more extreme surplus, and whether time wise its better to pack it on and then diet hard or maintain a more moderate surplus and diet more moderately; and which is easier mentally for me of course. Finally below 10% again, looking back things got a little out of hand last bulk.

The other thing to remember is that we are all different. Just because one way works good for one of us doesn't mean it works for everyone. Each person has to dial it in. All we can do is help point to the right direction :)

Absolutely! It's the time it takes to experiment and find what works best for you that's half the challenge, for diet and training! Even then, when you find something that works you're looking for something that works better :0

Yes, it's called carbo gain. It's got 63 grams of complex carbohydrates per serving. I eat a 1/2 serving every day to help me get all my carbs in. I can eat a lot of greens & protien & fats, but the carbs are killin me. I guess it would be best post work out.

Looking great Kubes and Chez! I am doing great on my training and better on my diet. I have never had the type of gear that I am on it is the best that I have had. Not trying to sell our gear but I am bragging about it. I feel really good on it, I usually get lethargic when I am on cycle but not yet with this gear. I am getting good gains every time I go to the gym and out of the gym. I am at the end of my 5th week of cycle and have made gains that normally has taken a 12 week cycle. My pumps are outrageous and weights feel lighter, my biceps are the biggest they have ever been.

My pumps are outrageous and weights feel lighter, my biceps are the biggest they have ever been.

Glad to hear brother and I am sure your quality is great. Are you running an ai alongside and did you with your previous cycles? Being lethargic shouldn't happen on cycle unless something isn't right like elevated estrogen etc.

Yes I ran ai's on all my cycles but my last one I was running high mg of test.

Looking great Kubes and Chez! I am doing great on my training and better on my diet. I have never had the type of gear that I am on it is the best that I have had. Not trying to sell our gear but I am bragging about it. I feel really good on it, I usually get lethargic when I am on cycle but not yet with this gear. Picked up some new foods at some stores today to help mix up the daily menu and be easier to prep and take on the go. Tired of eating chicken, rice, and egg whites 3 times a day.
