I did a full body workout today.

There coming along great. I have gained 20 lbs so far. I haven't checked my body fat percentage yet, but my abs are slowly disappearing. Much of this could be water retention. I still have 8 weeks left on cycle, but am starting to look like a whole new person. Thanks for the thread brother, it helps keep me accountable for everything I eat.

I never do an all out bulk. I will take the slower leaner gains all year long to not have to put on fat just to diet it back off

I've just dropped 12kg so am feeling the wisdom in that approach at the moment. Whether it will last is another matter ;)

Time will tell whether muscle gain is superior at a more extreme surplus, and whether time wise its better to pack it on and then diet hard or maintain a more moderate surplus and diet more moderately; and which is easier mentally for me of course. Finally below 10% again, looking back things got a little out of hand last bulk.

The other thing to remember is that we are all different. Just because one way works good for one of us doesn't mean it works for everyone. Each person has to dial it in. All we can do is help point to the right direction :)

Absolutely! It's the time it takes to experiment and find what works best for you that's half the challenge, for diet and training! Even then, when you find something that works you're looking for something that works better :0

Yes, it's called carbo gain. It's got 63 grams of complex carbohydrates per serving. I eat a 1/2 serving every day to help me get all my carbs in. I can eat a lot of greens & protien & fats, but the carbs are killin me. I guess it would be best post work out.

Not trying to sell our gear but I am bragging about it. I feel really good on it, I usually get lethargic when I am on cycle but not yet with this gear. I am getting good gains every time I go to the gym and out of the gym. I am at the end of my 5th week of cycle and have made gains that normally has taken a 12 week cycle. My pumps are outrageous and weights feel lighter, my biceps are the biggest they have ever been.

I did cross fit today.
Breakfast was Shakeology and two lactose free yoghurts and raspberries..Lunch was an egg white omelet.

That omelet sounds good. Something I put my oatmeal with my eggs and add salsa. Yum
2 pièce Ezekiel bread, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tbs jam. Shake with 3 egg whites and a 1/4 cup grits.
1 cup rice, 1 egg, 4 oz chicken breast, carb shake.

Picked up some new foods at some stores today to help mix up the daily menu and be easier to prep and take on the go. Tired of eating chicken, rice, and egg whites 3 times a day. Just gotta break out the pencil and a calculator...
