Hack squats 2 warm 2 working sets to fail on the positive reps and then 6 more forced negatives

Leg press press same as above no warm ups though

Leg extension 5 forced negs after fail

Leg curls

Weighted lunges but not much was left in the tank

25 minutes low intensity cardio to get legs stretched back out. Really going to feel this later

Meal prep: Denver cut steak and sweet potatoes. Will divide into meals containing 160g steak and 200g potato. Also have bags of steamable broccoli in freezer.

I'm getting in on this!!! Hell yeah! I may take some notes from some brothers workouts to switch things up and improve my workouts. Looks like here's a lot of top notch workouts on here! This will be good for me because if I feel like half assing it towards the end of my workout, I won't because I won't want to post a bs workout! This is a good motivator when I need it!! Thanks Kubes, good stuff!!
