My oldest just turned 11 yrs old yesterday...he and I will be in gym together one of these days soon here...should be good for bonding time too

Breakfast was a protein shake with Greek yogurt and a tbsp peanut butter, lunch was kohlrabi and goat cheese, dinner was a double scooped Shakeology.

Today is cardio day here.

Breakfast was an apple and a couple of crackers with goat cheese and walnuts, lunch was sprouted leeks and the goat cheese leftovers.
