When I bulk I go 500 above maintenance Ed. That way I can make real small adjustments without putting on all the extra body weight. Test npp for bulk and test Tren mast . Those are my go to compounds

I would keep it on hand just in case. Personally I do not need it but I keep my e2 in check with a daily dose of aromasin. It's better to be safe then sorry you know

Sorry but another question, would you run sustanon or test prop with npp? Some guys were saying that they would run deca with sustanon instead of npp. Basically I'm trying to avoid the bloat but get the quality lean. Not really big on bulking just always trying to keep lean.

I am not a sustanon fan to be honest I don't like blends. It's easier to keep stable levels with one ester. If those are your only choices I would run the prop with the npp. You will be pinning at least eod anyway so you can load them in the same pin. I do not like nandralone deconate at all. Npp is my preferred nandrolone

Squats 4x10 (then did a 5th set for 2 reps at 335)
Reverse hack squat 5x10
Single leg - leg extensions 4x10 each side
Single leg - leg curls 4x 10 each side
Seated calf press 4x 10
Glute press 3x 10
Weighted crunch machine 4x 15
Over head cable crunches 3x15

I know 335 don't sound like a lot to some of you guys with ox legs but I've came a long way with my legs and 335 is good for me!

The weight doesn't matter. It's all about tearing tissue to cause growth. Looks like a good workout bro. Rest day for me;) gonna watch the season premier of the new show 12 monkeys and helix tonight

Thanks brother. I did 2 DEEP squats, and that's all I could handle. Definitly a new PR for me, first time I've tried 335, I've been hitting 315 solid for a couple months now so I figured I'd give 335 a shot and felt pretty good! No doubt I'll be feeling it tomorrow though.

Starting to do some serious leaning out, which is driving me to push and lose the last couple pounds I want to! Nice arm session kubes! Makes me miss my days where I slotted a whole gym session just for arms man! Now I try to tie them in with another muscle group...

This is my first time actually carb cycling my plan so far is day 1) zero carbs, day 2) low carb, day 3) Carb load (complex) and then repeat that every three days. I'm hoping it will work out for me, if I need to make some adjustments I'll do so, just kind of seeing what works for now since it's my first time carb cycling brother.

That's the thing I am realizing after going all day without carbs man, my head was straight pounding. Not to mention it just didn't feel right not having carbs post workout.... I'll be sure to get them in the a.m. and post workout man.

Here is what I do. I call it highs and lows. Figure out what your normal carb intake is per day. If you normally take in 200 carbs Ed I take 3 days each week and cut the carbs in half to 100 Ed.

On the low carb days, are you replacing those calories with something else so that your calories for each day stay steady? Or are you cutting calories as well on the low carb days?? Say, you go from 200 carbs to 100. Do you add in 100 protein to compensate for the reduced calories? Or does everything stay the same?

Have never seen that addressed anywhere.

I am trying out this hit training were every set is to complete and total failure. It's the same amount of reps it's just more reps per sets. So less sets but really it's the same volume. It's a good shock to the muscle

Great workout today! I started running tren a at 100mg 2x wk I believe that is plenty for me to run. I do get a little crazy when I run 100mg eod so we will see what happens.

Hgh is a big commitment. You need to run it for at least 6 months to see the benefit. I don't think it really matter a lot when you start

I've never had any formal training, just learned by research. Having these excercises broken down and explained exactly how to do them properly, is fantastic. Watching your logs and seeing what your doing is a great resource.

Nice session brother! Those super sets are fantastic. Get twice the amount of work done in the same amount of time. I am focusing on hit for the next 4-6 weeks just to spark some more growth

Today was chest, 12 mins cardio to start, my log wouldn't export so I gotta type it. All light weight focused on muscle contractions and mechanics. I had to substitute seated cable for pec deck cause I'm at work


Dumbbell pullover 4 sets 15
Barbell bench press 4 sets 15
Incline barbell bench press 4 sets 15
Incline dumbbell flyes 4 sets 20
Seated cable incline flyes 4 sets 20
Cable tricep pushdown flat bar 4 sets 20

How about riding the bike? Can you do that? Keeping up on the cardio is nice even during a bulk to strive off that extra fat and keep your metabolism in overdrive

It was kinda funny this morning when I was doing shoulders I was looking and thinking the guys i wanted to be like, really aren't that much if any bigger than me!! Well I have to see a doctor on Tues! My wife has been doing research and has a few diagnosis for me because I am not getting much better. Anywhere from colon, prostate ,intestines, crohns disease and so on. All the things that should be checked at 50 yrs old. I am stopping my cycle and workouts until I get this thing figured out. I am loosing some weight from this but that actually is not a good thing because it means that it could be serious. Went to the gym this morning and within 5 mins I was running to the bathroom. Getting old really sucks!

Wed - off (except last 4 weeks doubled up a chest light pump day since it's my lacking group)
Th - back/abs/forearm
Fri - shoulders/calves

The thoracic are the 12 vertabre between your neck(cervical) and lower back(lumbar), the ones your ribs are attached to

Hammer strength wide grip chest

Decline presses

Peck deck

No cardio tonight but the chest was rocked!!

Man that is some heavy weights on dumbbell fly's. I had to give those up a few years ago because of my bad shoulder. Rest day for me, I am taking my wife out of town to shop and I do not like shopping. The things we do out of love!

I would bet there soccer team is undefeated or close to it.
I did some lats and military but could not finish and it pissed me off. They changed their closing hrs from 8 to 7 and I got there at 6:30. Will finish tomorrow!

They lost one game last season by one point and when they played that team the last game of the season beat them 8-0. They only gave up one goal last season. They are undefeated this season and haven't given up a goal yet

Well that's the goal. Last season they just had the one bad game that they lost 0-1. They redeemed themselves big time when they played again. The apposing coach today told our coach that there team had never been man handled like that before. :)

Sitting lat pulls- 6 sets of 10
Lawnmowers- 5 sets of 10
Quad presses- 6 sets of 10
Calf raises- 6 sets of 10
Ab machine- 4 sets of 40
I have 2 weeks left on my cycle!

Tricep pushdowns machine- 6 sets of 10
Bicep curls machine- 3 sets of 10, 2 sets of 8
Pec flies- 5 sets of 10
Tricep rope push downs- 7 sets of 10
Short bar curls- 6 sets of 10
Hamstring presses- 6 sets of 10
Ab machine 4 sets of 40
Incline abs 1 set of 20
Started using kratom for pre workout and love it. It gives me focus, energy and a feeling of well being, I am using the horned Maeing Dae!

I have read some reviews on it and kratom effects people differently. I have been taking it for a few weeks before work and it gives me a boost and feeling of well being so it really makes the day better. I started using it yesterday and today for pre workout at a medium serving size at 30 min before I hit the gym. I get all positive feelings that help my workouts, to me it is like hitting a gold mine and I am being totally honest about this stuff.

It normally last for me 5 to 6 hours at recommended dose. I took to much one time and holy shit I felt like I just had a whole pot of coffee. I was beaming, had shakes and could not sleep!

Sounds about like a good pre workout. I been using neon volt. It last a long time and I do not build a tolerance
