Yes the sweet potato are like the number one carb brother. I just microwave them for 6 minutes and eat them dry

Great workout today. With how busy I been leading into the holiday I have had a few days off. The rest was good I was strong today. The weight felt light and the pump was crazy. I’m gonna try to train again tomorrow morning if I can get enough sleep and then take the holiday off

Deep squats, barbell bench, standing barbell military presses, and bent over barbell rows. 3 sets 8-10 reps. Post workout meal- protein shake with blueberries, spinach, and banana+ 1 cube steak, boiled egg and two pieces of Dave’s Killer Bread(powerseed).
