I see you have the Ezekiel bread. I was actually just thinking of adding that in my diet. It makes so of the best toast. It reminds me of my days when I was a fat 225lbs and really had to grind it out to drop the weight. I was super poor back then but I made it work to pay $5.00 a loaf haha.

We had 11 inches of snow today so my gym was closed! unfortunately i couldn't train today.

Our gyms are never closed though. I am usually the only parent dragging my kid out In that shit [emoji23]. I didnt go today either but it's because I have been worn down and stressed with work and the kids.

Sorry guys I been here just haven’t had as much time to post but I been working behind the scenes. I got my business open up and running and been busy with my daughters sports time of year on top of it. I’ll get posting in here again. This thread is a lot of work lol..... I still been training and eating clean. I am suffering from some old injury aches and pains though. That’s just life. Thanks guys for checking on me

Good news. Finally after 1.5 years out from my rotator cuff injury I was able to do incline machine press today. Wahoo I had been using cables but now being able to add incline press back is huge

It just takes forever. I think it will probably never be the same but it’s way better and now I can work around it!!

Took about that long to heal ..but never quite the same as far as range of motion...cant raise arm over head All way cant really throw a baseball anymore...like it healed improper...no pain though...dislocated shoulder an jammed it bad fractures tears etc....bench press comp...bout 9 yrs ago

Ya mine still bugs me a little but nothing like before... I have full range of motion and it doesn’t interfere with my day to day life.... work etc. just probably will never do flat bench press again. That’s what blew it out

Last weekend and today I knew shit was gonna hit the fan. I was proactive and got all the gym equipment I needed and turned my garage into my gym. I have everything I need to keep my training going. Glad you stopped in brother

I like that Talenti Raspberry Sorbet{Italian brand}. So good and a lot of real fruit. I tried that Halo Top everyone seems to like but, it like, burned my tongue/mouth(hard to explain but it was like if you had freezer burn and tingling in your mouth. It was horrible. They have some great new stuff out.

Today's workout was legs and a little abs and back. Warmed up with sprint/jog intervals on a long gradual hill. Then hit leg Ext, BB Back Squats, Low Rep PullUps, RDLs, BW Lying Leg Curls, 1Leg Calf Raises, Hanging Ab Crunches, Jumping Jacks between all sets.

Nice thread. I'm glad there's a thread like this as I am pretty shy to have my own thread exclusively just about my training and whatnot.

Start a log. Most every member is all about helping each other. It is great for accountability for yourself. Plus, it gives you a history; like a book for your improvements and/or mistakes.

Just finished quads, hams, calves and forearms today.

Leg press 6 total sets including the feel sets - 120 to 160 pounds

Forearms 3 sets upper and lower forearm - 25 lb dbl and 5 lb on each side of ez curl bar

Leg extension 20 lbs for 3 sets

Leg curl 20-25 lbs for 3 sets

And I did calves on the leg press machine - 130 pounds for 3 sets

I train at home, yes.

I forgot I also trained my inner thighs. I do this with dbl on both hands with two feet very wide apart and in a horizontal position. I don't know what this exercise called but it targets the inner thighs.

Nice I have my home gym setup right before covid hit. I train weekdays at home and my days off I go to the gym

That's cool man. It's always cool training at the comfort of your own home. David Laid trains at home, Evan Centopani trains at home, and I think other pros too. My adjustable benh is arriving maybe next week so that's gonna be one of my arsenals. And recently I bought an assisted weight dips and some dbls. If you're interested, search my history post to see where I train. The only equipment I don't have is cable crossover machine. Btw may I know what equipment do you have at home?

If you order a couple sets of resistance bands you can replace almost any cable equipment with them. That’s what I did and save me a ton of money. Had to get two sets though so I could stack them to get enough resistance to train my back etc

Dbl deadlift 20-25 pounds for 12 reps , 3 sets

Lunges 3 sets 8 reps each leg

Lying side leg raises for the mid glutes for 3 sets with weighted strap of 3 pounds

Barbell presses 10-15 lb each side for 5 sets including the feel sets with 10 reps

Dumbbell presses 25 lb for 3 sets with 10 reps

Front raises 15 lb alternate dumbbell for 8-9 reps for 3 sets

Shrugs 25 lb dbl upper trap and lower trap, all for 3 sets each and 10 reps each

Assisted dips 30 lb for 20 reps / 3 sets

Now I'm off to eat my eggs and cook my two dinners tonight
