That is a big achievement and numerous Brothers and sisters that have been helped and motivated. I love this thread it has helped me in numerous ways and one of them is that I got out of myself and started listening to our Brother Mr Kubes. I actually thought that I knew something about diet, training and aas and the truth is I did not know shit. 2,000 post is a lot of wisdom, knowledge and experience so thanks Kubes you are the best Brother I have ever met and I really mean that.

Man I sure do love those chickens! Hard not to eat the skin. I am tweaking my nutrition. You guys are gonna see a lot more greens added to my meals but that's what you have to do to get lean. Will be having greens with almost every meal

I'll be doing the same treatment every two weeks for the next 6 weeks, then lower back for 8 weeks after that, I told him I couldn't do a week on a week off, so I can do 3 days off then cardio and light sessions for 4 days, then the second week I can go heavy

Ok I need some advice! I got in trouble twice yesterday, once for Legend what I thought about there crap for hgh to DWBO. It is the fact that I am a rep for a sponsor and Frank was nice about it but told me I was bashing another sponsor, but I was just sticking up for my buddy who is a good friend of mine. Secondly I posted on the new contest to try and get anastrozole for my cycle and I am sure that I would not even win. So someone goes to my boss and says that I am posting on a other sponsors contest. I read that and I was like, so what! I keep reading and the boss says he is not mad but come to him if I need anything, so by now I am thinking I did something wrong. We have a new rep on another site and he is carrying a banner of a different sponsor, by now I am like WTF! I NEEDED TO GET THIS OUT SO THANKS FOR LISTENING TO MY RANT. Both of these have been resolved and it made me feel like I did something bad and guilty. I will always stand up for one of my Brothers over being a rep anytime! Oh but the rep with the banner for the other sponsor has not been resolved, we will see what happens.

You can't keep all your eggs in one basket but I think it is frowned upon maybe? But if Atlas doesn't have what I need I have no problem going back to my other sponsor to get it if that makes sense. Every sponsor can't carry it all, I think everyone needs atleast two or three ;)

And I do agree with this as well. But if your sponsor does not have what you are looking for then it should be ok to look elsewhere.

Also you are already getting rep pay let someone else have a chance at free gear?

Whole food is always going to be better then shakes but right after you workout if you are going to have a shake make it whey and have some simple sugar as well. Just one serving of some kind of fruit is good and apples are easy to carry in your gym bag ;)

Well I try to eat early in the evenings, around 6. Then around 7 - 730 I workout. Usually after I am a bit hungry, but a full belly is hard to sleep on

Not right away, I usually train for about 2 hours. Then, 15 min drive home, 30 mins or so to shower and unwind. By then I'm ready to crash.

Finally able to get back in the gym today, did 45 mins cardio on arc trainer, plan on lifting this eve, started back eating good today, got kinda sloppy sitting around, but not real bad. I can't believe those shots took so much outta me, just the cardio today I'm exhausted, it's been a week tomorrow. He said next round should be about half the down time, he did say a week. So I got to spend the next 8 days straight in the gym in prep for downtime for the next round of shots.

Glad your back at it mfire. Went back to morning training today. It's a nice change so I can be at home in the evening during the summer and it's super slow in the gym at 4am

I do not see how you workout in the mornings! I take a heavy sedative and it takes me at least 1 hour to wake up and even then it is hard to get motivated.

It's going to give me my evenings during the summer back with my kids. Well wroth the trade. I only get 6 hrs sleep either way cause there is not enough hours in a day

I have a question Kubes! I am running anastrozole at .5mg ed and my nips are a little sore nothing big yet but just a little. What would you suggest I add with the anastrozole. I have some caber and emestane.

.5 mg Ed is a lot. What cycle doses are you running and compounds?

Man Kubes you are very disciplined on your diet. I am trying to keep up but I am making some progress thanks to you. I am starting to tan 3 times a week and I am getting pretty dark, I enjoy tanning it helps with my self esteem. I was not going to say anything but I have to, you guys are my friends. Okay I was told 3 times today how good and muscular I look. That has never happened to me before, it is a great motivator for me.

Hey Kubes I have hit cardio everyday since Sat! It is only 20 min a day but I will gradually move the time up, it makes me feel better.

I wanted to apologize I haven't been around much, I haven't had time for anything lately, my Inlaws house flooded a month ago and the insurance company finally got off their ass, now we are removing mold because it sat for so long, this is their summer home and the water ran for probably a week so everything is saturated. Every room the floors are being removed to the subfloor and the walls cut 4ft up, I've been handling it all cause they are not here yet. Haven't been in the gym in a few days and Wednesday I get my shots in my neck again, so that'll be 5 days down again. Going in now, hope to make it in the next two days at least. Things should smooth out in the next couple weeks, but I have three more rounds of shots every two weeks. I'll get back on it soon

Looking great Kubes you are very disciplined! I had to stop cardio due to my knee swelling as big as a grapefruit. It is not just the bike but I do a lot of manual labor and I have to climb ladders and lift heavy weight. I am going to have to quit so much hard labor because of my knee I am hoping to find something on my computer to work to keep me from having a knee replacement.
