safemail log in not working

Hey guys, I have a safemail account and I can pull up safemails website just fine but when I click to sign in as an existing user it takes me to the "fix connection problem page" I ran a diagnostic check and there is nothing wrong with my computer but it says safemail is the problem!? Is it temporarily down or what

Ive been trying g to load my email also but nothing ive had this happen before and it usually only takes a little bit to work again.I guess the good thing is I sent out my moneypaks already.:)
