View Full Version : My golfers elbow migrated?

Anyone ever had it where there golfers elbow ended up working it's way back to behind the elbow in the bottom of the tricep? If so how did you fix it?

I'm dealing with that right now and trying my best to ignore the pain . But it flippin hurts!!!

Its not with ever exercise but heavy bench presses especially. It looks like one of those where ice and time?

Yep that aggravates it for me as well. I wear a sleeve up until the arm is warmed up enough and lose the sleeve after that . I also start off with a long sleeve shirt and hoodie on top of that . When I'm warned up I can deal with the pain .

Old topic but I'm dealing with this right now. It's nerves in your neck around your c6 that are pinched. Go see a chiropractor he'll get you sorted out.

Like someone mentioned go see a chiropractor to find out if it’s a pinched nerve. If not use BPC-157 and TB 500. If it’s an injury that isn’t nerve related that should help heal you up. It worked for me. Google Ben Greenfield for some good blog posts on both peptides.
