Updated : Feeling pretty good with everything atm and actually slept my way through the whole night without waking up for a change which was welcome .

With Competing next year , im heavily leaning towards giving physique a go because of my height ( 196cm ) or else id need to be an absolute freaky beast to step on BB stage with my height. Any input would be very much appreciated http://forums.rxmuscle.com/images/smilies/smile.png
