1/4 cup Green Onions
1 tsp Cumin (http://javascript<strong></strong>:nutrientpop('2014'))
1 tsp Onion (http://javascript<strong></strong>:nutrientpop('11282'))
1 tsp Garlic Powder (http://javascript<strong></strong>:nutrientpop('2020'))
Pinch of Sea Salt (http://javascript<strong></strong>:nutrientpop('2047')) and Pepper (http://javascript<strong></strong>:nutrientpop('2030'))

Ingredients (Chicken Breast)



4 oz Chicken Breast (http://javascript<strong></strong>:nutrientpop('5011'))
Seasoning: Garlic, Cumin, Paprika (http://javascript<strong></strong>:nutrientpop('2028')), Sea Salt, and Pepper to taste

Ingredients (Sandwich Toppings)



1 tbsp Greek Yogurt (http://javascript<strong></strong>:nutrientpop('1118')) (instead of mayonnaise)
1/4 cup Spinach (http://javascript<strong></strong>:nutrientpop('11457'))
3 Roma Tomato (http://javascript<strong></strong>:nutrientpop('11529')) slices

Directions



Grate a raw sweet potato into a bowl.
Add three egg whites and seasonings to the bowl. Mix with a fork.
Set your waffle iron on medium-high heat and spray with coconut oil to prevent the waffle from sticking.
Pour the batter onto the waffle iron. Spread evenly.
Cook for five minutes or until your waffle iron indicates the waffle is cooked.
While the waffle is cooking, season chicken breast and cook in a skillet.
Build your sandwich wrap.
Eat!
