View Full Version : Site specific injection vs traditionally the glutes?

Is it beneficial to inject straight into a target muscle group (as opposed to always just putting it into eg. the glute)? Also, after injecting the muscle, it is sore as a result of the foreign matter suddenly introduced. Is it better to inject directly after exercising that specific muscle and then wait as long as is needed to fully recover? i.e. Are you doing too much damage by injecting into a muscle and then hitting that muscle hard in the gym?
Or is all this too specific? Is jabbing into the glute good enough, the juice gets absorbed and distributed through the blood stream and goes to work where it is needed?

I took sus4fifty for two weeks, got a bit flu symptoms and pip. Then stopped for two weeks and now back onto it but this time no pip, and no flu symptoms. I jab the dose now into 2 or 4 muscles at a time to distribute and minimize pip. (Sat 600mg/Wed400mg = 1000mg/week). So far my pecks and biceps have gained size like never before!

Thanks

It doesn't matter where you inject it as long as you get it into a muscle. You don't have to spread the gear around to different muscles like you mentioned, but if it is working for you that is great. That is just one of the ways of dealing with a high dosed gear.

The oil will definitely make the site temporarily bigger.

All it really does is expand it a little like synthol, but don't make you look like a water balloon. I just do it with tne bc I can feel the effect more in smaller muscles and I just like pinning :).

Thousand reasons not to do exclusively one muscle, or glutes for example. Rotating sites is extremely important, ESPECIALLY FOR GLUTES. Your sciatic runs through your glute, you do not want inflammation or scar tissue pressing on your sciatic

If you are only doing 2 shots per week rotating glutes is fine.

Oh nvm damn I got confused. Yea I rotate all different spots. I read it wrong thought you meant spot injections as in injecting biceps on arm day for example.

I move the sites around all the time. Glutes, delts, chest, lats, quads. Unless its just test I wont bother and just hit glutes.

no extra benefit imo site injecting but it does definitely gives a pop to the muscle and training it directly afterwards can help with mind muscle connection and getting more of a pump provided youre not in too much pain. the soreness is from the injecting oil into a new muscle.

i usually inject 2c'ss into biceps the day before i train them. works well
almost every pro either spot injects their gear or uses some synthol. in moderation it really does help with that muscle to pop
