looking to switch up my mrp going to add beef protein isolate the amino acid profile looks great but there is alot of sodium
anyone have good results with beef iso going to order thur TP im looking at Whey Isolate (30%), Beef Protein Isolate (30%), Micellar Casein [Milk] (20%), Egg White Protein (20%) its beef iso with a little of team skip
I have always used Carnivor Beef Isolate protein and I love it , I use Chocolate or Vanilla Caramel with milk or Blue raspberry or Fruit Punch with water.

I have always used Carnivor Beef Isolate protein and I love it , I use Chocolate or Vanilla Caramel with milk or Blue raspberry or Fruit Punch with water.
Buddy of mine really likes the carnivor stuff. He's a big ole boy too, so it must work alright lol.

I used Carnivor for a while. Saw no real difference on strength or muscle gain. But my joints quit hurting a bit. I believe that is because Carnivor is a collagen based protein. I only used the fruit punch or raspberry flavor, which I found to be a little tart.

Great alternative to whey.
I used to bulk old school on GOMAD, all the dairy over the year tore up my digestive tract though. I couldn't drink a whey shake without feeling full and bogged down for 2-3 hours, even with enzymes. Finally cut out the dairy, and this was my solution. Carnivor is a decent product, and since I work at a supplement retailer I get it for about $9 a lb.
