On the ai. When is best to take it? Also I got liquid tasted horrible can u mix with water or something to drink down. How long does it take to take effect? Also reading it can have an effect on gains.

That is arimidex start with .25-.5 mg eod and adjust from there. You can mix it with juice or water yes but I just get used to the taste

LOL... You sound like my little guy when he has to take cough medicine! Run it your entire cycle at .25-.5 eod like Kubes said and you will be fine. I don't know what gear your running but I like to add 50 mg Proviron in as well... Good luck!

Start dosing it 0.25-0.50 every other day mix it with juice in the morning or chase it with coffee.
