Hello,

I am new here and wanted to say hello. I am a 33/m on TRT. Long story short, after college I ballooned from 190 to 275lbs over a 6 month period. I started working out and watching my diet. I dropped a few lbs but I was stuck around 250lbs. My trainer saw how much work I was putting in the gym and how I was counting my calories/macros down to every gram. He recommended that I get my levels checked.

I went to the doc and my levels came back at 102. After jumping through the insurance hoops I finally got approved for TRT. At first I was placed on a gel... this did nothing. I then got moved to Test-C. I have been on it for about 6months and my levels are finally in the normal range (around 650). However my e2 is up around 52. My insurance will not cover Arimidex so I really do not know what to do. It is around 400 for a monthly supply from the pharmacy (I cant afford that). I finally feel normal and do not want to lower my test dosage, but I have an itching sensation in my nipps and am concerned about gyno. My current prescription is 1.25cc of 200 Test-C every 10 days.

Current Stats 6'3'' 218lbs 33yo ~18%bf

Any ideas?

Your estrogen isn't very high. I believe 40 is considered the top end of the range. A very low dose ai is what you need

Estrogen is important to keep under control. It can be a hit and miss this too. Got to find your sweet spot.

And I agree with kubes just pick up some adex from one o the sponsors that carry it. Take. 5mg ED for a week to get your E down and then take. 5 mg E3D and you should be fine

Another option would be to lower your test dose a little and pin more often. It will give less spike and lower estrogen a little as well

My doc is worried about too many pin holes over the years I am going to be on this stuff. Is that a legitimate concern?

As long as you continue to rotate injections sites pinning once ew is not a big deal

Like above you will want the lowest dose of Adex to get by because some estro is good for you. Check out the sponsors here bro they have what you are looking for at great prices.

Thanks. I need to work on rotating the sites more. I just can't reach around to hit the glute... I always alternate between left quad and right quad.
