Pre-contest sex

Kind of weird question, but does anyone have any experience or knowledge of having sex the day before a show will hurt a physique whether it is a female or a male?

Nothing makes me calmer than getting the clog out. I sleep better the night before the show. Any change you see will be mental. Go for it buddy.

Haha ok tanks everybody! My girl teased me last year and said she didn't want to make me do bad or mess me up. Now its her turn but I don't think I will just be able to tease and not follow through so thanks again everybody.
