What would be an optimal dosage just for the endurance effect of this compound, 300mg a week??

600 at minim. That's where I noticed my endurance changing. Felt nothing off 300. I say go for 600 bro.

Thanks brother my last run with EQ was 1200 mg a week, I swore I wouldn't run it again anxiety was killer!

Debatable depending on body mass and other compounds being run. Quick question though. Other than vascularity why run EQ for endurance? 300mg per week is enough to open those veins. But why fuck with it when winny is so accessible? EQ takes forever to kick in, no real endurance or athletic edge that winny wont trump. Ask Ben Johnson or Chris Cyborg.

I will also be running test and probably var. Just looking for a little endurance for BJJ

Ive heard running NPP along with winny works wonders for joint issues almost non existent? Might want to think about it.

There is the appetite increase factor with EQ. Bad for some guys, great for me. It is a legit effect of this compound.

300mg gets me to this sensation. However, I am a low dosing user after reading some of these threads. I am fortunate and do not need a whole lot of product to get a positive reaction from it.

Used test e and eq at 600mg a wk of each for a strength and edurance cycle for bjj. It worked well

But the real thing that will help your endurance for BJJ is doing BJJ. Conditioning for grappling is much different than doing cardio for weight loss or endurance running, for example. You will be taxing both your aerobic and anaerobic system. It'll be tough but stick it out. It really is worth it
