View Full Version : Clen cycle?

I'm picking up some Clen today for myself and my wife wants to try it. I've read different ways to cycle it I've never used it before so I'm looking for some input on how we should run it. Some say 2 weeks on 2 weeks off some say taper up and down. Anyone have input that could help me? Also my wife has never touched anything like so she's brand new

I believe 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off is good if you don't use ketotifen. It helps to keep those receptors clear and you get the full benefits of the clenbuterol. You can do 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off for a total of 6 weeks on cumulative or you can throw ketotifen into the mix and just run it for a straight 6 weeks. The ketotifen will help with clearing those receptors out and keeping the clenbuterol as effective as possible. IMO you should taper up just so you can tell what doses you are comfortable with. Once you get the shakes you know you have reached your limit and maybe bump back down slightly. When coming off you could taper back down as well. I think 40 mcg is a good starting point and then increase by 20 to 40 mcg's after a few days. Hope this helps.

Is this in reference to running it for a straight 6 weeks or 2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off?

My wife is taking now and has been on the 2 week on 2 week off. Like your wife she had never done anything prior. She started out at 20 a day and gradually increased. Just like aas everyone responds differently. At 20 a day she didn't feel much but once bumping up she could deff feel it working.

Either way you should taper up and then I believe you should taper down as well. If you are doing 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off then just adjust every couple of days, so your max dosage should be in the meat of those two weeks and then one you get towards the later part of the 2 weeks then you should taper back down.

I think the clen/t3/keto cycle is the best way to go for fat loss IMO. My wife ran this cycle and she got amazing results. She gets compliments in the gym from women on a daily basis.

As I increase the dose should I split up the doses throughout the day or take it all at once

Take all at once early in the day otherwise you won't sleep

^^^My wife is pretty extreme like me and it can effect everyone differently, but her max dose for clen is 120 mcg's, t3 is 75 mcg, and ketotifen is I want to say 2 mg. She took the ketotifen before she went to bed.
