Was talkin about this in the chat, so I figured I'd put up a little post. I know after a leisurely night of sitting by the fire doing 12oz curls it's hard to get up and do, but, we are all a bunch of meatheads, so we all think about it, so here's a little breakdown of my morning tuneup. It keeps me hard so I feel good walkin around without a shirt
Cycle or run for at least 20 mins
25lb dumbell's all I bring
curls till failure
Overhead tricep till failure
pushups decline and flat till failure
drop the tailgate lay in the bed of the truck dumbell overhead pullovers till failure
crunches
situps
park bench
seated bar dips
decline push-ups again
playground
pullups

My trips are 5-10 days, just too long, plus it helps me burn off the frustration of dealin with the wife, if u were ever fat before, you'd understand the feeling I get after not training a few days

If you tore your Achilles you would have significant issues walking.

This morning was really bad, had a hell of a time walking, we went to the amusement park and it loosened up through the day, it's kinda tight tonight but tolerable and mobile. See how it is in the morning, not going home till wed, if I go to the hospital and they pull me outta work lll loose my school next month, so I will give it a couple days

Nice "camp ground" training log! I need to work out when I'm on vacation as well (at least a couple days). I hope the leg / foot is feeling better.

I'm in a state park, I don't think they'd be to supportive of chopping wood, lol.
today 45 minute bike ride, some tough hills
crunches
barbell curls
seated row (resistance bands)
close grip lat (resistance bands)
lower back raises (drop the tailgate wife sits on legs)
pushups
pullups
now the rest of the day is bacon cheeseburgers, lounging beside the wave pool and looking at hot moms!
