Sadly, these were my you tube clips when I was a kid.

I always take my pants off and give a lil show before leg extensions.

Thanks for the video Freedom. I love training wheels and he has the most impressive legs IMO.

Biggest legs on stage while his arm measured a mere 18.5 inches....

Those tree trunks were his fame and demise all wrapped up in a bow. He was definitely the go to guy for motivation on leg day when I was a kid. Amazing strength and range of motion.

Somehow mistakenly born in Michigan. He knew all along his destiny was Cali. Like so many others he picked up and went west to hit it big.

I realize they are useing fake plates in this for a movie, but I've watched one of him in golds gym squatting 325 for 30 reps or something crazy like that.

Damn is all I got to say. Anything over 500 I've ever done was just low reps like 4-6. 23 reps over 500lb. makes me want to puke just watching that.

It goes to show how BB was an emerging underground culture back then. There was not a gym on every corner and certainly no such thing as a muscle milk at the 7/11. The average joe didnt know how to react to a weightlifter. The Arnold surge and a Joe Weider vision had just kicked into gear. So what did Hollywood do? It interpreted the lifters as unintelligent. All muscle, no brain. Check out how embarrassing Arnold is in 'Hercules'. See how they dubbed Lou in his movie debut. Reg Park even looked a little silly.

Heres the aftershock to back up what I posted:
