I've been muscle training for the past 8-9 years and getting bored with it. What do you guys think about crossfit style training?

Well it depends on what you want your goals to be bro.

There are TONS and TONS of different bodybuilding routines. Just switch to a new routine. In the bodybuilding section there are a bunch posted.

Crossfit is just another fad and and doesn't focus on any technique or form and you are more likely to injure yourself while doing it.

I think it totally depend on your goals and body type but i can understand you get bore when keep following a workout routine (http://befittacomabootcamp.weebly.com) for a long time i think for general fitness crossfit style training is much good
