AJAX for Acne! No, not the powder kind!

I actually found a cheap and really effective treatment! AJAX brand liquid dish soap (anti bacterial). Im not joking, I use the lime scented one. You have to dilute it. Get a bottle and empty 2/3 of it out into another container. Refill the ajax bottle (that has the remaining 1/3 soap) with water. Shake it up till its mixed evenly. Use it as your regular body wash for 3-4 days and you will see a difference! It helps to use a scrubber and scrub the areas with acne. Rinse really good. My final step is to rub some 50% rubbing alchohol on the acne affected parts by hand (no wash cloth) and let it air dry. Im like 97% clear after 8 days of doing this and my skin isn't overly dry or anything - feels great!

u know what i can definitively see that happening.... sure your skilll willlll be dry as all helll, but definitely better then the alternative... what on earth possessed you to experiment with that ?

I felt really grimey after the gym one day ( used alot of machines/benches that day without wiping them down first cause I was in a hurry ) and I wanted the anti-bacterial action. I felt cleaner than ever when I got out of the shower and noticed that my skin was "breathing" really well. So I thought hey, acne come from dirt,oil, and bacteria. Well ant-bacterial dish soap takes care of all 3! Even after using it for about 8 days in a row my skin feels fine. The trick is to only do it once a day. You lather, scrub and rinse immediately so that it kills the bacteria and removes the dirt and oil on the surface but doesn't dry you out. Give it a try and see how it feels. I use the ajax LIME scented one with one of those plastic puffy chick scrubbers that my wife buys. LOL! Just make sure you rinse it all off and you should be good.

I'll have to try this. I got some acne for the first time this cycle and man it is stubborn.

Let me know how it works brother - I felt better and cleaner the first day, day 3 I could see the difference and now only a few if the largest deepest ones are left but they are tiny and dry now. This could be a REVOLUTION! lol - or a least a sticky!:2gunsfiring_v1:

I like to use dial antibacterial hand soap. (The Classic Dial gold. Not the scented colored ones which may make things worse)

I also just picked up dial antibacterial body wash with saliticytic acid last night. So ill be using that after the gym at night. And the regular dial antibacterial other times.
