Stretching really loosens your Muscles up, gets blood going, less chance of tear because in turn you become and get more Flexable

Exactly! Also it can help improve posture and range of motion which can lead to more fully developed muscles

For me, I know my legs struggled to gain size until I started really stretching them. At first it was so hard and painful that after I was done i would have a pump and would be sore like I just lifted with them. But it was worth it.

Check this link out. I've been doing this for a while with good results. And the pump it gives is amazing plus I think it helps me recover faster. http://www.vpxsports.com/article-detail/training/stretching-for-a-better-physique

There is a such thing as being too flexible when it comes to lifting heavy/power lifting. Too much of anything can turn into something negative.
