Hey BROTHERShttp://cdncache-a.akamaihd.net/items/it/img/arrow-10x10.png (http://brotherhoodofpain.com/#)i do have a log in aussie section but thought i'd try and gather advice from as many as possible due to my cycle ending way too soon haha On my 14th pin on 20th september and weighed and measured and disappointed at stats but here u go.
Current stats first then previous from 10 aug
WEIGHT-85.2KG - 82.5
Measurements- ARMS 36.5 - 38.5 (this hurt the most)
Chest- 106.5 - 106
Stomach- 89 - 92.5
Thigh- 61.5 - 64.5
Calves- 38.5 - 37.5
forearms- 32.5 - 30.5
Macros- P256/C442/F115 CALS 3,738
B/Fast- oats 1/2 cup
Full cream milk 500ml
Omega flax oil 1 tblspn
Egg raw 2

Lunch same as 9am but no r/bull
1630pm/pre gym wholemeal bread 2 slices nat p/b 2tblspn C4 2SCOOP maybe haha creatine 5g
During W/out xtend intra, 30g waxy maize

Dinner Chunk of kanga (200g) c/breast or steak

Bedtime 2030-2100 Casein with water
F/oil 2000mg D3 200IU.
I know i have made strength gains and muscles more pumped but have toned which probly kept weight down also
I trying to work out improvements that need to be made?
1. extend cycle till 12weeks (pin sat and tues 250mg test e)
2. up carbs and protein... ANY SUGGESTIONS APPRECIATED
3. PROGRAMhttp://cdncache-a.akamaihd.net/items/it/img/arrow-10x10.png (http://brotherhoodofpain.com/#) change more compound less isolation (get in get out)
4. Might add aboost for final weeks thinking Anavar which probaly not enough time to get alot from or otherside go dbol for 4 weeks? all suggestions very very appreciated.

what kind of routine are you working with? also if ur not gaining, id up cals by 300 or so in the form of carbs. id do at least 12 weeks if not 15, 10 weeks isnt long enough for long esters IMO.

whats your actual goal, adding size or trying to recomp?

My goal was to put on size and strength. I have been eating lots but clean as you can see. Will be upping carbs by 60-70g (another cup of b rice and 1/4 cup of oats) so far and will add more if i can fit it in haha.
Yeah i was extending to 12 weeks but maybe 15 could be option considering iv had no sides (touchwood).

also just personally id get rid of the waxy maize and other powdered carbs and just get real food. I know a carbs a carb, i just prefer food. Also take before and after pics, thats the best way to judge progress. Dont try to chase scale weight, thats how you end up getting fat (talking from experience)

Yeah i do prefer "real" food but to eat clean i gotta eat heaps.. i do try as much as possible though. So i goin to get some more test e and some dbol which ill take up till 12 week mark whats your thoughts? Haha did take a photo yesterday here it is3751 Cheers buddy

still look decently lean which is good although without a starting pic its hard to judge. assuming if your 14 pins in this is week 7? For me with test e things only started getting good around week 6 so id definately extend to 12 minimum. I wouldnt worry about the dbol. Personally i think most of the gains from it are just water and glycogen which dissipate once you finish. what lab are you running out of curiosity

Is this your first cycle? I agree about the dbol its mostly water weight but it does work good as a kick start while you wait for blood levels to stable out in the test. I wouldn't add anything else the test will make you grow likes weed. Are you running an ai, hcg and what is your planned pct?

first cycle id just stick with test. actually my ideal first run is test/mast. you could try dbol if you want or a drier oral but i think ull be happy as is

Awesome mate cheers again. Hoping with adjustments will get more gainz. Still unsure if to add any oral to cycle will have to research more.

Yeah had a little bit more expectations due to planning and eating plan but maybe was a bit too careful and didnt get enough carbs.. Hoping with cycle extension will get a couple more kilo of lean muscle. I do have 5000iu which i will now apply week 8- 13 @1000iu a week also got nolva and clomid for pct. So u also think no extras should be added? Cheers for advice mate

seems like you have you'e heart set on an oral lol. personally id go with var but oils will give you more gains that any oral will

Haha yeah thought that but not sure will be effective in such short time? What oils would be usful in 4 week cycle?

i wouldnt add any more oils. as i said if you extend your cycle to 15 weeks you could run var for 6-8 weeks. 4 weeks is when most short esters really get rolling IMO so i wouldnt bother adding anything
