Hey bros went to the olympia this year and grabbed a can of rich pianas pre workout called kill it. Shits badass works great best ive tried

I have heard his line of supps was going to be good. he promotes getting protein from food rather than a bunch of supps so post up if you try anything else out..

Just ordered "Kill It" online. They also give a list of stores that carry his line on his web site--by state and store.. Just google Rich Piana--kill it and it will pop up. I'll let you know how this works once it arrives---hit or hype.

Killing it is good and his "5%" concept is an interesting read if don't know about it. He has had some awesome info on you tube as well. My trainer carries his product. He doesn't let GNC, vitamin shoppe or any other major company distribute which I like. You should google him and see when he didn't have tat's still a bad ass then too.

The whole "5%" name he came up with for his company is not original at all. If any of you have any knowledge of people that label themselves as "1%ers," which is super common amongst outlaw motorcycle gangs. Google it and it pops right up.

Tried about every pre workout there is.....Pianas 5% Kill It has been by far the best I have used does at least make me all gaacked out yet gives me the endurance to train long and hard.

I just tried underground supplements speed x3. Holy good lord. I think I took a little too much. It is some potent stuff. Good for cardio day.

Never tried any of his products myself. I just no longer believe in paying for supplements lol. I'm sure it will become a harsh reality at some point. If and when it does I will definitely try his stuff.

Side note on Rich P-

A lot of unecessary hate on the guy. People bitch and moan about him but he keeps it real no bullshit. He is doing more than 99% of us will ever do in this game and he has pushed himself to a beast of a man no matter what way you look at it.

Hate all you want but the dude is living the dream haha.
