hmm.. Just stick to skim milk. I ear fat free yogurt and drink some skim milk time to time, but dairy makes me bloated.

try coq10, otherwise veggies,fibre and cardio help a lot. im lucky with BP, mines never out of whack even when im holding heaps of water

Look at the ingredients on this stuff, I have been using it daily for months and my liver/Blood pressure have been better than ever ON.

I do daily aspirin and donate blood regularly. Cardio 3x per week

^^^ this is good advice. BTW... i've always been confused about why people insist on natural remedies to problems induced by self-administered chemicals. If you're willing to inject yourself with supraphysiological amounts of drugs, why the resistance to a BP pill?

I agree brother I understand different drugs have harsher side effects but an ace inhibitor is safer then asprin and if you're blood pressure is high naturally okay maybe natural methods will work but natural methods will never over ride the non natural reasons for the issues
