What's disturbing to me is that he isnt denying anything. He said he doesnt want to talk about it and deflects it in all of his recent interviews. Janice Dickenson has a pretty detailed recall, so, I don't know... lots of people believe what he's being accused of. My problem is, why do these people wait so long to come out and tell the truth? Why wait 10, 20, 30 years to tell ppl about a sexual / rape assault ????

I'm from the area where the Cos is from and I will be completely honest I have heard this about him for years!!! I would bet my last dollar that he's guilty .
I wish it wasn't true but I believe after hearing so many details from these women that it's true.

Damn that's some crazy stuff. From the man you've seen on TV and all the joy he brought and how he was seen as such a stand up guy, that's completely blind siding. Hope it's not true but doesn't look good. And I agree never understand why they wait so long, prolly get paid off tho I guess.

Imho, these "ladies" accusing him probably aren't traumatized at all if they can put a price on what happened to them, which is exactly what they've done as far as I'm concerned. There's another name for women who do something similar. The most trauma they'll most likely feel is not getting the payday they are looking for. In today's world of social media, internet news, etc., with everyone putting everything about themselves out there for the world to see and read about, I just can't buy the whole argument that they will most likely throw out about being embarrassed or ashamed. BS! People can't wait to tell the most intimate details of their lives in hopes of that 15min of fame.

Have u ever known someone who has been sexually assaulted ??? I have and its pretty common for a victim of this to wait years and years before coming out!!
You spent more time in your post questioning these women and their motives than u did the man who's accused of drugging then rapping 14 women !!!

Two females very close to me were wronged by someone and neither talked about it for over a decade !!! Let me tell u they were indeed traumatized .
Several of these women told story's to a third party without knowing any other victims existed and their story's are almost identical!! What does that tell you ???

Your post implies that women who come out about abuse years after the fact do so with the sole intention of aggrandizing themselves. Actually, you say it pretty explicitly. Roo is saying that people who've been abused often hide that fact for a number years and for a number of reasons. He's 100% correct. Why they decide to talk about it is absolutely irrelevant. We don't blame the victim.

BTW... feel free to say what you feel. No one will hate you, but be prepared to defend the things you say.

He always seemed weird. Its very sad how often that assaults happen, I would literally have to sit and think about it to remember many women have told thats happened to them. It has ran through my mind to look up the sex offenders in my area, because I have mostly females and/or children in my family, but I can't I would want to kill them for even doing that to someone i don't know.

I have a recovery house on my block. I do not judge them but I rather am proud of them. I was in a couple a few years back and I know the different types of people are in recovery homes. They are quite and respectable to the neighborhood. I tell my wife to let me know if they if they hit on her or stalking the neighborhood. It is just a precaution and I have never had a problem with them. I have picked a few of them up when I needed some help working. I will never let my guard down when it comes to perverts.
