Not sure if this is the right section
currently on test e 500mg pw npp 420 mg pw and dbol 40mg each day
got blood test done just to see how i was going and alp was low 37 IU/L normal is ( 40 - 129), AST 80 IU/L norm is (0 - 50) and ALT 85 IU/L norm is ( 0 - 50)

Is this something to be concerned about? Everything else was fine

just means your liver enzymes are high which makes sense as your running an oral. nothing to worry about, once you com off dbol your levels will return to baseline

Op ur liver indicators r not bad r u using any liver support? If not while u r on ur gear it will help manage it to a lower range.

Dbolish is correct. It's the dbol, how ironic.

And like Aton said liver support vitamins can help with those numbers, but they aren't as high as I would expect running dbol. How long have you been on the bols?

As enrod stated they are not SUPER high but they are stil high man and I would suggest maybe running some more support. Check out Advanced Cycle Support, it is my go to and has a great blend of all the products necessary, I stack it with UDCA and then you are completely covered :)
