A little intro of myself.... I did 6 years in the Army as an 11b did one tour to Afghansitan, I was in outstanding shape when I got out (little, but outstanding shape lol) I weighed right around 200 at 6'3". I got back and got out of the Army and went through a divorce, struggled with depression, etc.... through the mix of all that I got lazy and gained a SHIT ton of weight, My peak weight was 293 pounds. I knew I had to change my life....

My initial focus was to drop weight PERIOD! I cleaned my diet up and started doing cardio out the wazoo.... I was able to get myself down to the mid 230's that's when I decided to get back into weight training. I was hitting it hard and got introduced into the AAS world, my first cycle simply consisted of 500mg Test E per week.

I am currently on my second cycle and am weighing right at 250 lbs at 13% bf. I am running 300mg Test E. 2x per week, and ran 50mg Dbol for the first 25 days. I also JUST started running a two week on two week of cycle of CLEN. My diet is extremely clean (I'll have to get my nutrition plan and type it out for you guys) I want to keep dropping thay BF% and lean waaaaaay out.

Current Training schedule:
Monday: Back and Biceps
Tuesday: Legs
Wednesday: Chest and Triceps
Thursday: Back and Forearms
Friday: Legs
Saturday: Shoulders
Sunday: Off/ rest day / or workout of choice

I throw 30 minutes of cardio in every night at home as well, I have a stair climber, treadmill, elliptical, and stationary bike that I rotate through.

I have found a home here at BoP and am excited to keep this log updated and take in knowledge and advice from you guys (even if I'm doing something wrong) I have brought myself a long long way and have HUGE goals for thus year. Hopefully 2015 brings me big gains as well as all of you! Haha.

Good job mate its really hard getting out of depression and forcing your self to change your life for the positive

I feel ya brother i was the same two and a half years ago ,overweight ,depression ,anxiety. working out saved my life. Keep it up champ i look forward to checking out your progress.

Put in an order for some of MJR's T3 yesterday morning. Going to run that for the last six weeks of my cycle. Debating on whether or not to up my test to like 700mg a week while on the T3, I'm at 600mg a week now.... I don't want to run the T3 off cycle because of muscle loss.

What dose are you planning on running the T3 at? Have you thought about running Clen along side?

My initial plan was to taper up from 25mcg for the first 5 - 6 days then up to 50mcg (25mcg am 25mcg pm) for 5 - 6 days up to 75mcg (split between 3 doses throughout day) for 5 - 6 days, then run 100mcg (split between 4 doses throughout day) for around 15 days then taper back down in the same fashion....

I should've mentioned I'll be continuing to run 2 weeks on 2 weeks off cycle of clen as well, so yea I'll be stacking them hopefully get good results.

I'm open to suggestions if anyone has a dosing plan that would work better. This will be my first time running T3.

Sounds like you have a pretty good handle on it. T3 half life is 2.5 days, so you should be able to get away with dosing once a day. Some find that 25mcg actually lowers their total metabolism, great for a bulk, not so great for your cutting purposes, this would suggest starting a little higher at 50mcg to judge how it's working for you. A bit of conflicting info here on effective length of Clen cycle while on T3. I'm still not slowing down, now into week 3. As to total effectiveness, personally I'm losing 1-2 pounds more a week than I would on the same diet and cardio plan. (I assume you have made some tweaks to those last two items to maximize your results)

Haha, DWBO I have good old Kfizzle to thank for the two times a week leg training! However, if I posted a pic of the beginning of my cycle to 4 weeks into my cycle, you'd shit when you seen the leg growth from just four weeks! So it's working, SUCKS but it's working. Lmao.

And that will be my plan is to just kind of play it by ear on my test dosage. Thanks brother!

After reading some of the literature Thirsty gave me, I'm gonna leave my Test dosage right where it's at... thanks brother.

Weighed myself at 241 today and was at 12.5% body fat, down from 251 and 13% body fat 3 weeks ago. Was expecting my body fat percentage to have dropped a little more than that, but the lower I get that number the slower it seems to drop. Haha. Making progress though. On day 3 of running my T3 gonna run a couple more days at 50mcg and then bump up to 75mcg for 5 days.

Definitly keeps me motivated brother! Not to mention the tips and knowledge I gain from it... my log is still pretty new and fresh and I have already got pointed in some good directions and have definitly had some motivational pushes!

Thanks brother, I can't complain considering where I started! But you know that "never satisfied" feeling. Haha. Gotta keep hitting it, I'm excited to see what kind of results I get out of this T3.

Keep a close eye on muscle mass as you find your comfort level with the t3. Around 75-100 you may crank your metabolism up so high it goes after muscle as well as fat deposits. If you notice weakening, back the dose off, and let the cardio and diet take up the slack.

Will do man, that has been my only worry about running the T3. Definitly don't want to give up any of my muscle, I'll keep a close eye on it for sure when I jump up to 75 / 100. You have any issues at that dosage Thirsty ?

Effective tomorrow, I'll be carb cycling @ 0 carbs / 100 carbs / carb load / repeat. I am also going to be running helios for spot reduction around my lower torso / love handles to try and reduce a little bit more fat around that area...

Started my first injection of helios this afternoon, I took .6ml and spread it throughout 6 injection sites at my lower stomach area. Stuff was smooth! We will see where were at in a couple weeks with the helios! Just giving you guys an update, between T3, helios, and carb cycling I should be leaned out to where I want to be. Also got 200 count of tbol in the mail today that I'm trying to decide what I'm gonna do with hahaha.

I'll let you know how it works ben! Stuff was super smooth, I'm hoping I get as good of results as I've read about it. I think key is making sure I hit different injection sites every time so I don't get spotty fat loss...

I'd almost be tempted to make sure I hit the same spot every time in an inconspicuous area... inside of the thigh for example to see if I developed a "dent" or asymmetry to prove / disprove the spot fat loss claim.

It has been treating me real well man, I backed off a little early when I started feeling like shit man. I didn't get any "spotty" fat reduction. I lost it well overall brother. Ill be running it again in two weeks for sure, i am a fan. Ill upload some pre and post pics when i get a chance. I'm feeling 100% today, so I'll be able to start hitting it hard again in the gym, that shit was rough!

Kind of went MIA for a little while, sorry bout that fellas. I got sicker than shit, dropped down to 230 and lost some serious motivation. I'm currently off cycle and on PCT, planning my next cycle out. For now I am on a HUGE diet @ right around 6,800 calories a day. I'm about one week in to this diet and actually feel amazing! I can't wait to get back on cycle on top of this lol.
