I have had a CryptoHeaven email account for about a year now and I want to cancel it. I have checked their website and also Google and have not found any steps for cancelling my account with them. Does anybody have any experience with them and know how I can end my account?? Any help would be appreciated. TIA

If you can't find it on their site I would send them an email and request it to be done for you.

Thanks, appreciate it. I contacted them via their 800 number and turns out I never completely set up my account yet they have been charging me $7.99 every month. They cancelled my account and said they would "put in a request" for a reimbursement for this past charge. However, they said they could not and would not reimburse me for anything past 30 days ago. My account was cancelled but if I don't receive atleast the last months reimbursement I will send an email to them about it. Just wanted to post an update for anybody else in the future.

Also, you can still send an email from their site for free (without signing up for anything)... if I was more technically inclined and didn't have to rely on my wife to fix all my computer blunders then I would have figured that out.

In fact, my wife is the one writing this right now!
