Well Hello Fellas,

Glad that the earth is round with gravity, because with out it... I certainly would have fallen off.

As talked about I am starting my training and log. I will explain that I have a new job, a VERY important new job - some who know me know what I am involved in. I have been training for over a month and a half with just INSANE hours. From December 1st - Jan 3rd I was up at 2:30 to get to my training facility at 6 (close to 2 hours of travel) 6-2:30 were the hours. NOW, I get up at 12:45 have to be at my facility at 4:30 (2 hours of travel) from 4:30 - 13:00. I am absolutely exhausted when I get home. But I have to FORCE myself to go to the gym but I will say my job is pretty labor intensive.

My Everyday supplements:

Multi - Activite Sport - MHP 2 upon waking, 2 in the pm
1 Powder pack - Green Vibrance - Vibrant Health

I do take nootropics but havent in the last month. I will add back into my daily routine.

I don't have an edit option yet... but I will soon. I will add more later or tomorrow.

Sorry its not so exciting.

My goal is to lose some more weight, tighten up, get stronger and ultimately not age anymore ;)

OK so my training times have changed AGAIN! Now its 3:30 - 11:30

I'm still waiting for my body to adjust to getting up this time. My fatigue sets in mid shift which would be around 8:30 - 9am

I've been a little under the weather with a small case of laryngitis and my facility is very warm so that doesnt help matters. I am going kcal deficient - so I will be taking in 1500 - 1700 calories. Just this first week of on the job training I've lost 3 lbs. I walk around at least 3 miles everyday.

Meal 1 @ 00:45 - bowl of Kashi - honey almond flax with half and half
Snack 1 @ 3:20 Banana
1/2 liter of water
Meal 2 @ 5:15 - Whole Wheat (Vermont Organic bread) with turkey, 1 slice of black forest ham and 1 slice of white American Cheese (From the deli not that cheap shit) and 1 handful of mixed organic salad (Baby Spinach and Baby Arugula)
1/2 liter of water + 2 Multi
Snack 2 @ 7am - Pear
Meal 3 @ 9am - 2 Grilled Chicken breasts and 1/2 cup of rice & Broccoli
Meal 4 @ 11:30am - 3 scrambled whole eggs
Meal 5 @ 15:30 (when I got home) Fresh deli sliced roast beef with half of white new potato

Here I am typing LOL

16:27 2 multi vitamins - 1/2 liter of water.

My work weeks starts Sunday, so that is when I will start my cycle again and start to train.

I was a little unprepared today or else I would have more protein and counting up the macros for you all.

Thanks again for subbing and following! I appreciate all of the awesome comments. More coming when I wasnt thrown a curveball at my time change.

One thing to add**
2 unisom at 15:30 so I can get my 7-8 hours of sleep.

What are your goals? I think we could change the food quit a bit depending on what you are trying to do?

not age anymore ;)

Have you considered peptides for the anti aging benefits? I can personally recommend GHRP-6 for improving the quality of my sleep and skin. Strength went up too. I was using 300mcg/day split into three shots - morning, afternoon and before bed. You might want to do some research and see what you think. Looking forward to updates.

what are your thoughts on unisom? is there any difference to taking melatonin? do you feel as if you are dependent upon it to ge ta good nights sleep?

I work graveyard and unisome was recommended to me. I absolutely hate the stuff. Made me very groggy and lethargic. I would rather not get enough sleep than take it. I don't take any sleeping aids, but b12 shots help my energy levels.
