Best way to run HCG

OK I've heard a lot of different ways. IM, sub cue, 5000 iu, 1500 iu a week. Post cycle, peak cycle. What do you guys think?

I run it IM during cycle at 250iu 2x a week ... one 5000iu vial last 10 weeks that way!

This is dead on and you can do it either sub Q or IM it won't really make a difference

SubQ has always been the way that i did it. Start off at 250 x2 per week but slowly ramp up to 500 x 2 per week by the end of a cycle. If you read the emperical studies your body builds a tolerance to it over time and you need to up the dose. I also don't usually run it for more than 4 to 6 weeks. Plus you don't need to start it at the same time as your cycle, your body doesn't shut down right away. I usually time it so that I only run it at most 6 weeks but it ends 1 to 2 weeks into my PCT.

This tactic gets the body kickstarted and pretty much recovered by the time the cycle ends and tapers you off into your post cycle recovery very well.

500mcg the night before your testosterone injection. Every 5 days is sufficient. This is what some "expert" posted that works with the pros.

This is the way to go. I also like to bump it up to 500iu-1000ui shots for the last couple of weeks to make sure the boys are up to speed. I have never had recovery problems this way, even after 20 weeks of tren

I would never use more than 500IU per shot. It can be used in so many different effective ways. It all depends upon why you are using it. To keep function when on cycle as little as 100IU every 5 days is sufficient. However for most I think 250-500IU twice weekly (night before test shots) would be the best system. Please ensure you are using an AI (aromasin or arimidex) when using HCG and AAS. I would run the HCG up until pct then ensure at least 3 weeks pct used after the HCG has cleared.

It will not start to loose potency for 90 days stored in the fridge as long as it was reconstituted with bac water
