I box and not just train I fight. Mostly just charity stuff like against cops and stuff but I have heard that kettlebells can give you a better cardio workout than jogging. Anyone use kettlebells and like them

before i juiced and lifted hard i did a lot of cross training and kettle bells helped tremendously. but if you are strictly trying to get big id stay away from them. it is a intense full body cardio method that can drain them gains. i try to stick with basic low intensity cardio. but like i said, depends on your goals. if your trying to get cut up and not too worried about size hit them kettle bells up for sure.

I just started using kettlebells this year. I hit them up once a week for a full body workout and I have to say I love them.

I enjoy using them for shoulders sometimes. Like front and size raises.

I;m not trying to get big. I need to stay very flexible to box and my cardio has to be long. I want to be lean, strong and have a rock solid core.

I have been doing kettlebells now for 3 months and love it, I'm more flexible, gives me a great cardio workout and getting more size right now is not an issue. Think you will like it :) I am not a fan of cardio and is always hard for me to find any that I like but I finally found some cardio I like with the kettlebells.

I think you could incorporate them here and there for variety purposes.

I'm starting my cutting cycle next month and sounds like I might have to start including kettlebells into my workouts
