I am 8 days into this newest run of Clen to try and help lean out before my next cycle and in a week I haven't lost a pound. I'm up to 120 mcg per day at this point...60 mcg upon waking and 60 mcg around 1:00 PM. I don't notice an increase in body temp hardly anymore and the hand shakes are somewhat lessened at this point as well.

My question is should I begin this week to start taking 1 mg of Keto before going to bed or wait until it's been 14 days to start using the Keto to keep the Clen productive? I plan to run this Clen run for at least 6 weeks and perhaps even 8 weeks.

you should run the clen for 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. dont know the scientific words and shit but basically yours bodys receptors that respond from the clen get used to it after 2 weeks. give it at least 2 weeks to bounce back. someone on here also told me to clear those particular receptors (whichever fuckin ones they are lol) with benadryl. im sure if you google it someone explained it better than myself. also clen gives you an advantage with a slight metabolism increase but like it said it is SLIGHT. people rely on it a bit too much. ive been running it 2 weeks on/off for 10 weeks during this cutting cycle im currently on. i believe it has helped but my diet has been very good and ive been lifting hard. i run about 120 mcg as well and my body heat goes up and the shakes are very noticeable. try a different company next time maybe. dont know shit about keto but hope this clen advice helps.

Keto is short for Ketotifen which clears the receptors that Clen act on so that you don't have to cycle 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off.

I will just wait until next week to start taking the Keto as most protocols outline. I still have hand tremors so I know it's still active and working.

I know no drug replaces good diet and hard work, but I was looking for a little help as my calories are restricted as much as I can handle while still maintaining good strength for quality workouts. I wasn't looking to get "shredded" but I wanted to drop some body fat before my next AAS cycle.

I didnt see any mention of cardio? Are you atleast doing that alongside it to help?

I do HIIT about three times per week. I had to switch to shorter, more intense sessions because the longer, steady rate sessions of cardio for 30 to 40 minutes were taking away too much from my squat and deadlift training.

I got my Ketotifen from a source that's not sponsored on this board. If you want to get some just shoot me a PM.

has anyone used benadryl successfully with clen greater than 2 weeks?

i have some on hand right now to use if it works.

ive been running clen 2 weeks on/2 weeks off.

Next time I go on again i'll be doing 2 days on 2 days off as I think I prefer it this way then having to take 2 weeks off at a time

Was able to stretch it a little over 2 weeks when combined with t3, benadryl nightly. Fat loss results dropped off pretty quick after 17-18 days.

Does Benadryl have any other application? I read taking a 25-50mg can help with getting to sleep.

I thought Benadryl would allow you to cycle clen an extra 2 weeks past the down-regulation period.
